Eggemeyer’s General Store 2020 Tucker Design Award Winner

San Angelo, Texas – On August 18, 2020, Eggemeyer’s General Store was proud recipient of this year’s 2020 Tucker Design Award. The Tucker Design Award is recognized as one of the most prestigious architectural design awards in the U.S. The award stems from an architectural awards program established in 1977 in honor of past Building Stone Institute president, Beverley R. Tucker, Jr. This award is significant, as every detail encompassed in the project from the original concept, to the use of materials and the finished built, play a key part in how the awards are measured.

The 2020 Tucker Design Awards was presented virtually on August 18, 2020 at 10 AM CST to celebrate each recipient and share to the elements that made each project notable.

San Ángelo, Texas – El 18 de agosto de 2020, Eggemeyer’s General Store se enorgulleció de recibir el premio Tucker Design Award de este año 2020. El Tucker Design Award es reconocido como uno de los premios de diseño arquitectónico más prestigiosos de los EE. UU. El premio proviene de un programa de premios arquitectónicos establecido en 1977 en honor al ex presidente del Building Stone Institute, Beverley R. Tucker, Jr. Este premio es significativo, ya que cada detalle englobado en el proyecto, desde el concepto original, hasta el uso de materiales y el acabado construido, juegan un papel clave en cómo son mesurados los premios.
