San Angelo, TX – The United States of America gained 30 new citizens on Wednesday, September 4th at 10:30 through the official ceremony held at the O.C. Fisher Federal Building. The Honorable Judge Hal R. Ray, Jr. presided. There was a special address by Colonel Andres R. Nazario, Commander of the 17th Training Wing, Goodfellow Airforce Base.


Among the 30, the youngest was 20 years old and the most senior, 71 years old. “What a wonderful day after all the work you have done,” commented Judge Ray. He shared some personal words with the group as he welcomed them to this country. He encouraged the group to share their knowledge if they hear someone saying something that is not right correct about the United States to correct them with what they have learned. “You are Americans now, but you are not called upon to forget where you came from or to forget the love that you have for your homeland,” stated Judge Ray.


Colonel Andres R. Nazario, Commander of the 17th Training Wing at Goodfellow Air Force Base shared a special address with the group of new citizens. He shared a few words with Conexión stating, “The Constitution of the United States says, WE THE PEOPLE, that means all of us we will never survive as a nation until we recognize that it is all of us united for the prosperity of the nation,” concluded Nazario.

San Ángelo, TX – Los Estados Unidos de América ganó 30 nuevos ciudadanos a través de la ceremonia oficial celebrada el miércoles 4 de septiembre a las 10:30 en el Edificio Federal O.C. Fisher. Que presidió el honorable juez Hal R. Ray, Jr... Hubo un discurso especial del Coronel Andrés R. Nazario, Comandante de la 17va Ala de entrenamiento de la Base de la Fuerza Aérea Goodfellow.


Entre los 30, el más joven tenía 20 años y el más mayor, 71 años. "Qué día tan maravilloso después de todo el trabajo que han hecho", comentó el juez Ray. Él compartió algunas palabras personales con el grupo cuando les dio la bienvenida a este país. Animó al grupo a compartir sus conocimientos para corregir con lo que han aprendido si escuchan a alguien decir algo que no es correcto sobre Estados Unidos. "Ahora son estadounidenses, pero no están llamados a olvidar de dónde vinieron ni a olvidar el amor que sienten por su tierra natal", declaró el juez Ray.


El coronel Andrés R. Nazario, comandante de la 17va Ala de entrenamiento de la Base de la Fuerza Aérea Goodfellow, compartió un discurso especial con el grupo de nuevos ciudadanos. Él compartió algunas palabras con Conexión, diciendo: “La Constitución de los Estados Unidos dice: NOSOTROS LA GENTE, eso significa que todos nosotros nunca sobreviviremos como nación hasta que reconozcamos que todos estamos unidos por la prosperidad de la nación", Nazario concluyó diciendo.
