There is a lot of talk about marriage. Some call it a “Piece of Paper”. Others see it as a convenient and financial arrangement. But what does the Bible say?
Hebrews 13:4 “Let marriage be held in honor among all and let the marriage bed be undefiled; for God will judge the immoral and adulterous.”
From this scripture we learn:
This scripture lists marriage as a sacrifice, or conduct, honoring God, along with worship and service.
Marriage should be honored and respected by all.
Marriage should be pure. The marriage bed has only room for two.
God will judge the immoral.
Marriage is serious business for serious people. We have God’s word on it.

¿Qué dice la biblia?
Se habla mucho sobre el matrimonio. Algunos lo llaman “pedazo de papel”. Otros lo ven como un acuerdo conveniente y financiero. Pero ¿qué dice la Biblia?
Hebreos 13:4 “Honrosos sean en todos los matrimonios, y el lecho conyugal sin mancilla; porque Dios juzgará a los inmorales y adúlteros”.
De esta escritura aprendemos:
1. Este pasaje de las Escrituras enumera el matrimonio como un sacrificio o conducta que honra a Dios, junto con la adoración y el servicio.
2. El matrimonio debe ser honrado y respetado por todos.
3. El matrimonio debe ser puro. En la cama de matrimonio sólo hay espacio para dos.
4. Dios juzgará a los inmorales.
El matrimonio es un asunto serio para personas serias. Tenemos la palabra de Dios al respecto.
