I authorize Conexión Hispana to publish this advertisements) under the applicable rate for the period indicated above. It is agreed that we are to be billed according to the rate stated in the current pricing guide. Accounts are to be paid for in full before the ad is published. The contract may be terminated with 10 days' advance written notice. Before September 11,2026 A fee will be charged if a written notice is not given within 30-day notice. Such obligation will be due in full at the time of cancellation.

Any request to change or cancel an advertisement must be in writing and signed by an Agent or Company Representative and received no later than the advertising deadline September 11", 2026. Otherwise, Conexión fispana, at its sole discretion and without liability, may refuse to change or cancel the advertisement. A partia efund will be sent within 30 days after cancelation. I will be responsible for full payment of net cost, all terms and conditions of applicable agreement.
