San Angelo, Texas – The HEB 23rd annual Feast of Sharing was held on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at the First Financial Pavilion at the San Angelo Fair Grounds. Throughout the months of November and December a total of 33 dinners will be served in Texas and Mexico. This initiative is a part of H-E-B’s food Bank Assistance Program, which works to prevent hunger year-round.
750 Meals were also delivered to the elderly through a partnership with Meals for the Elderly and they served over 6000 people that attended the Feast.
Volunteers donate their time to help serve and distribute the meals at the event serving 3000 pounds of turkey, over 300 gallons of mashed potatoes, 2,500 pounds of cornbread dressing and of course countless pumpkin pies.

San Ángelo, Texas – El 23 de noviembre de 2019 se celebró la 23ª Fiesta anual de HEB en los terrenos de la feria en el Pabellón First Financial de San Ángelo. Durante los meses de Noviembre y Diciembre se servirán un total de 33 cenas en Texas y México. Esta iniciativa de H-E-B, es parte del programa de Asistencia al Banco de Alimentos que trabaja durante todo el año para prevenir el hambre.
También se entregaron 750 comidas a los ancianos a través de la asociación con Meals for the Elderly (Comidas para ancianos) y ellos sirvieron a más de 6000 personas que asistieron a la fiesta.
Los voluntarios donan su tiempo para ayudar a servir y distribuir la comida en el evento donde se sirve 3000 libras de pavo, más de 300 galones de puré de papas, 2,500 libras de aderezo de pan de maíz y por supuesto, innumerables pasteles de calabaza.
