La ceremonia de naturalización realizada el 5 de junio 2019 en el OC Fisher Federal Building, fue presidia por el honorable E. Scott Frost. A esta ceremonia fue invitado el señor Mario Ortiz, director del Distrito del US Immigration and Citizenzhip Services.
En esta ceremonia se juramentaron 30 nuevos ciudadanos representados de 8 piases donde el número mayor corresponde a México con 23. En el grupo de nuevos ciudadanos hubo jóvenes muy sobresalientes que han desempañado un liderazgo dentro de esta comunidad, entre ellos estaba Adriana Balcorta, una joven originalmente de
Chihuahua, México. Adriana ha recibido su M.B.A. y B.B.A. en financias y negocios internacionales de la Universidad Angelo State. Entre los más jóvenes Irving Javier Gómez Hernandez de México y la más anciana María Luisa Garza de México Mario Ortiz hiso un reconocimiento especial al honorable E. Scott Frost y a la señora Diana Schwartz, al honorable E. Scott Frost por su servicio invaluable a la comunidad. Durante su tiempo Frost ha estado en el juramento de 1052 nuevos ciudadanos y Diana Schwartz con 2046.
Muchos inmigrantes que se convirtieron en ciudadanos también pelearon en las fuerzas de los Estados Unidos, así come Rafael Peralta. Él fue miembro de los Marines. Durante una batalla el uso su cuerpo para cubrir a sus compañeros de una granada, sacrificando su vida.
Mario Ortiz, el director del Distrito del US Immigration and Citizenzhip Services siempre admiraba una foto de su abuelo que reflectaba el momento en que él se convierto en ciudadano de este país. Este día todavía mantiene esa foto en su oficina.

The naturalization ceremony held on June 5, 2019 at the OC Fisher Federal Building, was presided over by the honorable E. Scott Frost. This ceremony was invited Mr. Mario Ortiz, director of the US District Immigration and Citizenship Services.
In this ceremony 30 new citizens were sworn in from 8 different countries. The largest group was from Mexico with 23. In the group of new citizens there were very outstanding young people who have made a mark in community leadership, among them was Adriana Balcorta, a young woman originally from Chichuahua, Mexico. Adriana has received her MBA and BBA in finance and international business from Angelo State University. The youngest Irving Javier Gómez Hernandez from Mexico and the oldest Maria Luisa Garza from Mexico
Mario Ortiz gave special recognition to the honorable E. Scott Frost and Mrs. Diana Schwartz, to the honorable E. Scott Frost for his invaluable service to the community. During his time Frost has been involved int the swearing in of 1052 new citizens and Diana Schwartz with 2046.
Many immigrants who became citizens also fought in the armed forces of the United States, like Rafael Peralta. He was a member of the Marines. During a battle he used his body to shield his companions from a grenade, sacrificing his life.
Mario Ortiz, the District Director of the US Immigration and Citizenship Services Office always admired a photo of his grandfather reflecting the moment he became a citizen of this country. Till his day he keeps that picture in his office.
