SAN ANGELO – Lane Carter was the guest speaker at the monthly meeting of the Pachyderm Club, who identified himself with those present saying. “I was born and raised here in San Angelo, I have a degree in real estate and I have my career locally, I am a representative of District 5 in the city council of San Angelo."
After the meeting, Mr. Gregorio Gutiérrez from Conexion San Angelo interviewed Mr. Carter, asking what topics were discussed during the meeting. He responded, “I discussed the priorities that we have set for our water issue, funding for civil service and economic development.”
Conexion also asked about the Avenue P project. He responded, “They are doing environmental studies for area and once that is done, they can start constructing for the retention pond. The sustainable resources are the hickory aquafer, our surface water from OHIV and twin mountain buttes reservoir and potentially the Concho water bank augmentation.”
Last point. I have been living for over 30 years in san Angelo the main streets are better, but the resealing is not working?
“What I would like to see is that incorporate that money towards an inhouse crew to be able to re-do the streets properly. I am honored to serve the city of San Angelo and if anybody has any concerns feel free to reach out to me.”

SAN ANGELO – Lane Carter fue el orador invitado en la reunión mensual del Club Paquidermo, quien se identificó con los ahí presentes diciendo. “Nací y crecí aquí en San Ángelo, tengo un título en bienes raíces y ejerzo mi carrera localmente, soy representante del distrito 5 en el concilio en la ciudad de San Ángelo".
Después de la reunión, el Sr. Gregorio Gutiérrez de Conexion San Ángelo entrevistó al Sr. Carter, preguntando qué temas se discutieron durante la reunión. El respondió. "Las prioridades que hemos establecido para nuestra financiación del problema del agua para la administración pública y el desarrollo económico".
También se le preguntó sobre el proyecto Avenue P. Él respondió: "Ellos están haciendo estudios ambientales para el área y una vez que estén listos, ellos pueden comenzar a construir el estanque de retención. Los recursos sostenibles son el agua del acuífero hickory, nuestras aguas de superficie son OHIV y la reserva en las montañas gemelas y potencialmente, el aumento de agua del banco Concho".
