El triple triunfo de una madre

Tras años de sacrificio, la Sra. Velázquez —madre soltera de tres hijos— se encontraba rodeada de su familia mientras celebraba con orgullo un momento con el que muchos solo sueñan: la graduación de sus tres hijos.

Sus hijas, Ashley Velázquez Meza y Katie Velázquez Sánchez, subieron al escenario en la Angelo State University, obteniendo sus títulos como consejeras profesionales. Su hijo, Joshua Velázquez, se graduó de la Southern New Hampshire University, completando una Licenciatura en Ciencias y un título en Administración de Empresas.

La celebración estuvo colmada de abrazos, lágrimas y palabras que permanecerán para siempre en el corazón de una madre. Katie, conmovida por el momento, abrazó a su madre y le susurró:

«No estaría aquí sin ti. Gracias por apoyarme siempre. Te amo». — Katie

«Es un honor ver graduarse a mis hijos. Doy gracias a Dios por concederme el honor de verlos alcanzar esta meta». — Sra. Velázquez

A Mother’s Triple Triumph

After years of sacrifice, Ms. Velazquez — a single mother of three — stood surrounded by family as she proudly celebrated a moment many only dream of: the graduation of all three of her children.

Her daughters, Ashley Velazquez Meza and Katie Velazquez Sanchez, walked the stage at Angelo State University, earning their degrees as professional counselors. Her son, Joshua Velazquez, graduated from Southern New Hampshire University, completing a Bachelor of Science and a degree in Business Administration.

The celebration was filled with hugs, tears, and words that will stay in a mother’s heart forever. Katie, moved by the moment, embraced her mother and whispered:

“I wouldn’t be here without you. Thank you for always supporting me. I love you.” — Katie

“It’s an honor to see my children graduate. I thank God for giving me the honor to see them accomplish this goal.” — Ms. Velazquez
