Overview
Pearson’s Painting LLc, along with the Blackshear Heights Family and The CLFE Network,
would like to invite the community out for our first annual “Paint In The Park” event. Enjoy family
friendly activities, a car show, shop vendors, or check out the foodies.
Mission
Paint In The Park's purpose is to restore Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park. MLK Park is a
popular park that many families enjoy using for special events, birthdays, or just hanging out
playing basketball with friends. This year we aim to start by repainting the basketball courts and
giving them a vibrant new look.
Ways To Help
We are currently taking monetary donations to help defer the cost of materials and supplies
needed to properly repaint the courts. Donations of painting materials and supplies are
appreciated. Volunteers are encouraged to lend a helping hand.
Our project is backed by the City of San Angelo Parks & Recreation department, and The San
Angelo Chamber of Commerce.
