¿Qué dice la Biblia?

Muchas veces queremos dejar de alabar a Dios para exaltarnos a nosotros mismos: nuestros pensamientos, nuestros deseos, nuestros planes. ¿Qué dice la Biblia?

«¡Oh, la profundidad de las riquezas, de la sabiduría y del conocimiento de Dios! ¡Cuán insondables son sus juicios e inescrutables sus caminos! «¿Pues quién ha conocido la mente del Señor, o quién ha sido su consejero?» «¿O quién le ha dado algo para que él tenga que retribuirle?» Porque de él, por medio de él y para él son todas las cosas. A él sea la gloria para siempre. Amén». Romanos 11:33-36

De esta escritura aprendemos:

1. Todo —incluso nosotros— proviene de Dios.

2. Todo vino por medio de Dios.

3. Todo regresa a Dios.

De él, por medio de él y de vuelta a él; por tanto, ¡a él sea la gloria para siempre! Amén.

What Does the Bible Say?

Many times we want to move on from praising God to lifting up self. Our thoughts, our wants, our plans. What does the Bible say?

“O the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways! “For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?” “Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?” For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory for ever. Amen.” Romans 11:33-36

From this scripture we learn:

1. Everything, even us, comes from God.

2. Everything came through God.

3. Everything comes back to God.

From him, through him, and back to him so, to him be the glory forever! Amen.
