By Robyn Flores; Campaign Director//Conexion San Angelo

The National Association of Letter Carriers, the United Way of the Concho Valley, and the Concho Valley Regional Food Bank with support from the U.S. Postal Services will sponsor the annual STAMP OUT HUNGER FOOD DRIVE on Saturday, May11, 2019, to benefit the Concho Valley Regional Food Bank.

Individuals who would like to contribute may do so by leaving non-perishable food items by their mailboxes. Items in glass containers, frozen food and home canned products will not be accepted.

Contributors are asked to leave the donations in sturdy bags or boxes and letter carriers will collect them when they deliver mail during their regular routes beginning at 8:00 am on that day.

The public may also choose to contribute their donations by dropping of their non-perishable food items at their local United States Post Office. The main San Angelo Post Office on Abe and the Southwest San Angelo Post Office on Loop 360 will both have donation boxes placed in the lobby.

For additional information about the food drive, please contact Greg Duke with the Concho Valley

Regional Food Bank at 325-655-3231.
