Mr. Tod Herring, JCPenney General Manager; Mr. Lee Pfluger, Concho Christmas Chairman, and Deana Fletcher, Sunset Mall General Manager, drew the name of the winner entered in the $1,000 shopping spree held on Thursday, February 10, 2022.
SAN ANGELO – On February 10th the Sunset Mall, JCPenney, and Concho Christmas Celebration staff got together to draw winners from the thousands of surveys collected during the 28th annual Concho Christmas Celebration’s Tour of Lights.
Sunset Mall and JCPenney partnered together to provide a $1,000 shopping spree giveaway for those who completed the survey and turned it in. These surveys allow for the Concho Christmas Committee to track how many people visit the lights and gain valuable information like how many people come from out of town to view the wonderful display.
Along with the grand $1,000 shopping spree winner from Sunset Mall and JCPenney, Concho Christmas also awarded five $100 prizes to the community members who volunteered during the season as an opportunity to thank those who took time out of their busy holiday schedules to help work the light tour and as an extra incentive for the volunteers.
This year the $1,000 dollar shopping spree winner was Meza V, a San Angelo local. The volunteer winners announced were: Michelle V. with Blue Cross Blue Shield, David R. from Liberty Tax, Lance C. with Sunset Mall, Vivian P. with REACT, and Eloy V. with Blue Cross Blue Shield.

SAN ÁNGELO – El 10 de febrero, personal de Sunset Mall, JCPenney y Concho Christmas Celebration se reunieron para elegir a los ganadores de las miles de encuestas recopiladas durante la 28 celebración anual de luces de Concho Christmas Celebration.
Sunset Mall y JCPenney se asociaron para sortear $1,000 entre aquellos que completaron la encuesta y la entregaron. Estas encuestas permiten que el Comité de Navidad de Concho lleve la cuenta del número de personas que visitan el paseo de luces navideñas, así como información valiosa tal como cuántas personas vienen de fuera de la ciudad a ver la exhibición.
