What Does the Bible Say?

Some people get tired of praising God but they shouldn’t. There is no one like God. Let’s take a look. What does the Bible say?

“O the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways! “For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?” “Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?” For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory for ever. Amen.” Romans 11:33-36

From this short praise scripture, we learn:

1.      No one can say I have God all figured out.

2.      No one can or should attempt to give God advice.

3.      No one can or should correct God on anything.

4.      God does not owe any man any thing.

All those who are wise or good or holy bow before God with praise. Wise men submit to God.

¿Qué dice la Biblia?

Algunas personas se cansan de alabar a Dios, pero no deberían hacerlo. No hay nadie como Dios. Echemos un vistazo. ¿Qué dice la Biblia?

«¡Oh, la profundidad de las riquezas, de la sabiduría y del conocimiento de Dios! ¡Cuán insondables son sus juicios e inescrutables sus caminos! «Porque ¿quién ha conocido la mente del Señor? ¿O quién ha sido su consejero?» «¿O quién le ha dado algo para que él tenga que retribuírselo?» Porque de él, por medio de él y para él son todas las cosas. A él sea la gloria para siempre. Amén». Romanos 11:33-36

De este breve pasaje bíblico de alabanza, aprendemos:

1. Nadie puede decir: «Ya tengo a Dios completamente descifrado».

2. Nadie puede —ni debe— intentar dar consejos a Dios.

3. Nadie puede —ni debe— corregir a Dios en nada.

4. Dios no le debe absolutamente nada a ningún ser humano.

Todos aquellos que son sabios, buenos o santos se postran ante Dios con alabanza. Los sabios se someten a Dios.
