Del Rio, Texas – Conexión had the opportunity to speak with Jesús Nicanor Ramón Losoya, founder of JRL Counseling Services. Ramon has obtained his bachelor's degree in Business Psychology at Sul Ross State University-Rio Grande College and a master's degree in Bilingual Education. “I am passionate about working with the community,” commented Ramon.
His current counseling service offers business coaching. Specializing in the personal and professional advancement of employees. They offer Employee learning and development opportunities through social and emotional learning in the workplace, team building, and leadership coaching.
Currently pursuing his masters in couples and family counseling, Ramon looks forward to helping people deal with different issues such as aggressiveness, controlling their impulsiveness, and learning to deal with and express their feelings. “There are no perfect parents,” commented Ramon. The Society that we live in today portrays such an exaggerated perfect life that one does not allow themselves to be who they really are. “We need to start analyzing ourselves, our families and our emotions,” concluded Ramon.

Ramon obtuvo su licenciatura en psicología empresarial en Sul Ross State University-Rio Grande College y una maestría en educación bilingüe. "Me apasiona es trabajar con la comunidad", comentó Ramon.
Su servicio de asesoramiento actual ofrece coaching empresarial. Especializada en el avance personal y profesional de los empleados. Actualmente persiguiendo a sus maestros en terapia de pareja y familia, Ramon espera ayudar a las personas a lidiar con diferentes problemas como la agresividad, controlar su impulsividad y aprender a lidiar y expresar sus sentimientos. "No hay padres perfectos", comentó Ramón. La Sociedad en la que vivimos hoy retrata una vida perfecta tan exagerada que uno no se permite ser lo que realmente es. "Necesitamos comenzar a analizarnos a nosotros mismos, a nuestras familias y nuestras emociones", concluyó Ramon.
