This morning, a naturalization ceremony for seven new citizens from various countries—including Mexico, India, Nigeria, and Peru—was held at the O.C. Fisher Federal Building in San Angelo; everyone received their citizenship certificate with great joy.

After the ceremony, we spoke with Mr. Mario Rodriguez and asked how long the process took; he noted that it took 21 years, expressing his gratitude for the support of the wife, family, and friends who accompanied him on this deeply meaningful day.

Family and friends were present for this special ceremony. The guest speaker was the Honorable Magistrate Judge John R. Parker, and the staff at the O.C. Fisher Federal Building were, as always, very attentive; several media outlets were on hand to cover this momentous occasion.

 Esta mañana en el Edificio Federal O.C. Fisher se llevó acabó la ceremonia de 7 nuevos ciudadanos en San Angelo de diferentes países incluyendo, México, India, Nigeria y Perú donde cada uno de ellos recibió su certificado de ciudadano recibiéndolo llenos de alegría.

 A la salida de la ceremonia entrevistamos al señor Mario Rodriguez, y le preguntamos cuanto tiempo se tomó para hacerse ciudadano y él nos comentó 21año después, agradeciendo el apoyo de su esposa y familia y amigos que lo acompañaban, donde expresó a su familia, todo el apoyo por acompañarlo en este día muy significativo para él.

 Familias y amigos estuvieron presentes en esta gran ceremonia especial para ellos. El orador invitado fue el Honorable Juez Magistrado John R. Parker, y todo el personal del edificio Federal O.C. Fisher, siempre muy atentos, en este significativo evento estuvimos varias medias cubriendo este gran día.
