SAN ANGELO – St. Nicolas or Santa Claus as he is affectionally known by children, made an appearance at Willie Jones’ 4th annual, Christmas in San Angelo on Saturday, November 18, 2023. The pre-Thanksgiving, weekend extravaganza was held at the Foster Communications Coliseum.

Santa’s elves comprised of Jones and 133 vendors, contributed Christmas gifts to the children some of which consisted of Triceratops PS and soft balls, a mini doll, and a mini plastic horse, etc.

“I’m thankful for the vendors, many who are my friends and have become like family” stated Jones, coordinator and owner of Event Trade Days.

Jones credited all the vendors for making donations to give Christmas gifts to the children. One vendor, Mr. Blake Hightower, was also there to sell and autograph his three books. Three other vendors included: Tis So Sweet freeze-dried candy and treats, owned by Kristen Williams, Scentsy owner, Marie Dutchover who is a dear friend of Jones, and Tory Bracken, business owner of Sew in Season. Tony believes her calling is people-oriented. “Sometimes there is a special moment with people where I minister to them.” Bracken prays over the baby blankets she makes for children.

The 4tth Christmas in SA concluded the two-day weekend on Sunday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
