Some people worry about the future. Some people worry about the past.
What Does The Bible Say?
Matthew 6:27-34 says… “Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
From these words of Jesus, we learn it is wrong to worry because:
1. You cannot, by worrying, change anything.
2. God clothes the flowers. He will take care of you.
3. When we worry, we act like unbelievers.
4. God, who loves you, knows what you need.
5. There are enough troubles today, in the present, to occupy our energy.

Preocupación # 2
Algunas personas se preocupan por el futuro. Algunas personas se preocupan por el pasado.
¿Qué dice la biblia?
Mateo 6: 27-34 dice… “¿Quién de ustedes, preocupándose, puede agregar una hora a su vida? ¿Y por qué te preocupas por la ropa? Miren cómo los lirios del campo crecen. No trabajan ni hilan. Sin embargo, les digo que ni siquiera Salomón en todo su esplendor se vistió como uno de ellos. Si así es como Dios viste la hierba del campo, que hoy está aquí y mañana se echa al fuego, ¿no hará mucho más a vosotros, hombres de poca fe? Así que no se preocupen diciendo: "¿Qué comeremos?" O "¿Qué beberemos?" O "¿Qué nos vestiremos?" Porque los paganos corren tras todas estas cosas, y su Padre celestial sabe que las necesita. Pero busca primero Su reino y Su justicia y todas estas cosas también te serán dadas. Por lo tanto, no se preocupen por el mañana, porque el mañana se preocupará por sí mismo. Cada día tiene suficientes problemas propios ".
De estas palabras de Jesús, aprendemos que está mal preocuparse porque:
1. No puedes, preocupándote, cambiar nada.
2. Dios viste las flores. El cuidará de ti.
3. Cuando nos preocupamos, actuamos como incrédulos.
4. Dios, que te ama, sabe lo que necesitas.
5. Hay suficientes problemas hoy, en el presente, para ocupar nuestra energía.
