San Angelo, Texas – The San Angelo Pachyderm Club organized a forum for the candidates running for Sheriff. the event took place at Ms. Hattie’s Restaurant located in the downtown area of San Angelo. The 2 candidates presented their curriculum that qualifies them as sheriff.
The forum started with Nick Janna, former Texas Ranger and currently chief deputy of the Tom Green County Sheriff Department. He spoke about his experience and his capacity to represent and conduct a sheriff dept he mentioned that he is originally form the Lubbock area but he his college experience was in Angelo State University he has a 40 year experience her ask the audience to vote for him as sheriff.
Keith Muncey Lieutenant of tom green county sheriff Department. Talked about his platform. He has had different position within the dept he has managed budgets that have helped the community as well as the dept. He is originally form Dominican Republic but a resident of san Angelo for 40 years which he has been a party of Tom Green County Sheriff for 30 years. He asked the audience for their vote.

San Ángelo, Texas – El Club Paquidermo San Ángelo organizó un foro para los candidatos que se postulan para Sheriff, el evento tuvo lugar en el Restaurante Ms. Hattie ubicado en el centro de San Ángelo. Los 2 candidatos presentaron su historial profesional que los califica para sheriff.
El foro comenzó con Nick Janna, ex Ranger de Texas y actualmente jefe adjunto del Departamento del Sheriff del Condado Tom Green. Habló sobre su experiencia y su capacidad para representar y dirigir un departamento del sheriff, mencionó que originalmente es del área de Lubbock, pero que su experiencia universitaria fue en la Universidad Estatal Angelo, tiene una experiencia de 40 años y le pide a la audiencia que vote por él para Sheriff.
Keith Muncey, Teniente del Departamento del Sheriff del Condado Tom Green habló sobre su plataforma. Él ha tenido diferentes posiciones dentro del departamento, ha administrado presupuestos que han ayudado tanto a la comunidad como al departamento. Originalmente él es de República Dominicana, pero que durante 40 años ha residido en San Ángelo, que ha sido parte del departamento de Sheriff del Condado Tom Green durante 30 años. El pidió su voto a la audiencia.
