Regla de la mayoría
Para muchos, la regla de la mayoría se considera la mejor forma de vivir. Pero, ¿es la mayoría una buena guía en cuestiones de bien y de mal?
¿Qué dice la biblia?
Mateo 7: 13-14 dice… “… Entrad por la puerta estrecha; porque la puerta es ancha y el camino fácil, que lleva a la perdición, y son muchos los que entran por ella. Porque la puerta es estrecha y el camino es duro, que lleva a la vida y los que la encuentran son pocos”.
De Jesús aprendemos:
1. El camino ancho que sigue la mayoría es el camino de la destrucción.
2. El camino hacia Dios es estrecho y los que están en él son minoría.
En realidad, solo dos veces en la historia del hombre el pueblo de Dios ha sido mayoría:
• En el Huerto del Edén antes de hablar con la serpiente. (Teníamos una ventaja de dos a nada).
• Y Noé y su familia después del diluvio y antes de que maduraran las uvas. (Tenemos una ventaja de ocho a nada).
Cada dos veces, ¡la mayoría se ha equivocado!

With many, the majority rule is considered the best way to live. But is the majority a good guide in matters of right and wrong?
What Does the Bible Say?
Matthew 7:13-14 says… “…Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is easy, that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard, that leads to life and those who find it are few.”
From Jesus, we learn:
1. The wide path that the majority follows is the path to destruction.
2. The path to God is narrow and those on it are in the minority.
Only two times in the history of man have God’s people been in the majority:
•In the Garden of Eden before they talked to the snake. (We had a two to nothing lead).
•And Noah and his family after the flood and before the grapes got ripe. (We have an eight to nothing lead).
Every other time, the majority has been wrong!
