SAN ANGELO, TX – Steve Eustis has been in San Angelo for most of his life. He is the owner of San Angelo’s Leading Commercial real estate firm for over 25 years. Eustis received his bachelor’s degree from Angelo State University and has been involved in investment and commercial real estate since obtaining his Texas Real Estate License in 1975.
“I didn’t grow up with a lot of money, so I had to work for everything,” commented Eustis. He worked at gas stations, feed stores, feed mills and as a newspaper carrier. He worked his way through college. After graduating he went to work with the commercial real estate leader in San Angelo and has been in commercial real estate now for 44 years. He started his own company in 1982.
Together with some partners from Austin, Eustis Real Estate developed commercial land along the Houston Hart Freeway, this it’s been his most proud development. “The future of San Angelo is really bright. It is a beautiful town,” commented Eustis.
Eustis has served on different boards. Right now, he serves at his house of worship, Southland Baptist Church as well as on the board of First Financial Bank.
Eustis expressed his feelings for his hometown saying, “I love San Angelo, our rivers our parks. The giving spirit here. There are so many families in San Angelo that give so generously to the arts and so many wonderful things that the whole community can enjoy. I am grateful to be part of such a giving community.”
