On 3/6/23, Officers were dispatched to a theft at a local business in the 900blk of N. Bell. Officers learned that the suspect(s) cut the Southeast fence and took three “Kubota” recreational vehicles and two new trailers from the property without the owner’s consent. A report was written documenting the theft and the case was forwarded to SAPD’s Criminal Investigation Division.
On 03/08/23, an Officer with SAPD’s Anti-Crime Unit observed what they believed to be the two stolen trailers and one of the “Kubota” recreational vehicles in the back yard of a residence in the 200blk of West Ave V. SAPD Detectives assisted with recovering the stolen property at the mentioned residence and said property was returned to the rightful owner.
SAPD Detectives were able to develop Miguel Serrano (26yoa) as a suspect for this theft and he was arrested on 3/16/23 for “Theft of Property >=$30k<$150k” and a Parole Violation warrant.
SAPD Detectives continued to investigate this incident and obtained information that led to the recovery of a second “Kubota” recreational vehicle on a vacant property in the 3900blk of Old Ballinger Highway.
The SAPD is requesting the public’s assistance with information that would help locate the last stolen “Kubota” recreational vehicle. Attached is a SAPD Bulletin with the actual photo of the stolen Kubota vehicle.

El día 3marzo del 23, los oficiales fueron enviados a un robo en un negocio local en la cuadra 900 de N. Bell. Los oficiales se enteraron de que los sospechosos cortaron la valla del sureste y se llevaron tres vehículos recreativos "Kubota" y dos remolques nuevos de la propiedad sin el consentimiento del propietario. Se redactó un informe que documentaba el robo y el caso se envió a la División de Investigación Criminal de SAPD. El día 8 marzo del 23, un oficial de la Unidad Anticrimen de SAPD observó lo que creía que eran dos remolques robados y uno de los vehículos recreativos "Kubota" en el patio trasero de una residencia en la cuadra 200 de West Ave V. SAPD Los detectives ayudaron a recuperar la propiedad robada en la residencia mencionada y dicha propiedad fue devuelta a su legítimo dueño.
Los detectives de SAPD pudieron desarrollar a Miguel Serrano (26 años) como sospechoso de este robo y fue arrestado el 3/16/23 por "Robo de propiedad> = $ 30k <$ 150k" y una orden de violación de libertad condicional.
Los detectives de SAPD continuaron investigando este incidente y obtuvieron información que condujo a la recuperación de un segundo vehículo recreativo "Kubota" en una propiedad vacante en la cuadra 3900 de Old Ballinger Highway.
El SAPD solicita la asistencia del público con información que ayudaría a localizar el último vehículo recreativo "Kubota" robado. Se adjunta un boletín SAPD con la foto real del vehículo Kubota robado.
