SAN ANGELO, TX – The United Way of the Concho Valley will host a water distribution at PaulAnn Church beginning at 1:00pm, until supplies run out. The address is 2531 Smith Blvd.
United Way will continue delivering water to homebound citizens for the rest of the week. Affected residents should call 325-949-3716 to make arrangements for delivery. Volunteers will do a porch drop off to ensure social distancing. “The United Way of the Concho Valley’s creed is to LIVE UNITED. Our community is doing just that—coming together to do what they can to help their neighbors. We have volunteers who have been delivering water for the last 2 days and continue to ask to help with more. Our Community is such a great place to live and it truly shows during this water crisis,” says Ashley Ammons, President/CEO-United Way of the Concho Valley. SAN ANGELO, TX ¬¬– El United Way del Concho Valley organizará una distribución de agua en la Iglesia PaulAnn a partir de la 1:00 pm, hasta que se agoten los suministros. La dirección es 2531 Smith Blvd.
United Way continuará entregando agua a los ciudadanos confinados en sus hogares durante el resto de la semana. Los residentes afectados deben llamar al 325-949-3716 para hacer arreglos para la entrega. Los voluntarios dejarán en el porche para asegurar el distanciamiento social. “El credo de United Way del Valle del Concho es VIVIR UNIDOS. Nuestra comunidad está haciendo precisamente eso: unirse para hacer lo que puedan para ayudar a sus vecinos. Tenemos voluntarios que han estado entregando agua durante los últimos 2 días y seguimos pidiendo ayuda con más. Nuestra comunidad es un gran lugar para vivir y realmente se nota durante esta crisis del agua ”, dice Ashley Ammons, presidenta y directora ejecutiva de United Way del Concho Valley.
