Gregorio Gutierrez of Conexion San Angelo and Del Velasquez of Downtown San Angelo, Inc., Suzanna Aguirre of Chamber of Commerce and a few others participated in putting a celebration together for Hispanic Heritage Month.
Lake View Mariachi started the program by playing " El Son De la Negra" accompanied by two dancers of The Ballet Azteca. Dr. Flor Leos- Madero presented the importance of El Grito and Hispanic Heritage Month.
