The Annual Banquet is right around the corner!
Thank you to those that have already volunteered to help.
We are looking for some more volunteers to help with the following:
Set up - 10am-noon (includes placing literature at each place setting, putting out candles around the room, assisting with chair covers) need approx. 6-10
Check in Screening ( 5:30-6:30pm) (includes checking temps as they arrive, hand sanitizer etc.) need 10
EVENT: Chamber Annual Banquet
Theme: Roaring 20’s
DATE: March 4, 2021 (Next Thursday)
LOCATION: First Financial Pavilion (on the coliseum fairgrounds)
Thank you for letting me know if you are able and available to help out with either of these assignments.
On another note we usually have a student group from ASU help with serving during the event (putting out salads and filling tea/water glasses then clearing plates as people finish) but they are unable to send their group this year. We have been able to secure about 6 volunteers students independently but are looking for more. We would like 16 servers. If you would like OOto be a server or know of any one or a group that would be willing to help out I would appreciate the information.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you are able to help out in any way!
