SAN ANGELO – The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office congratulates William "Bill" Kirkland on his promotion to patrol sergeant. Sergeant Kirkland has been employed with the Tom Green County since July 0f 2019 and served 11 years with the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office and Lake County Sheriff's Office in Colorado. Sergeant Kirkland competed against several applicants in a recent promotion process. Sergeant Kirkland will command Delta shift. Please help us in wishing the best for Sergeant Kirkland.
