DEL RIO, TEXAS – Nuestro estado, nuestra gran nación están pasando por momentos difíciles debido a esta terrible pandemia que aqueja al mundo entero.
Es por eso que tenemos que trabajar juntos hombro con hombro, con la ciudad de Del Rio, así como con el condado de Val Verde para el bien común de la ciudadanía.
Se vienen tiempos difíciles por lo que tendremos que trabajar arduamente, por eso es muy importante que nosotros los candidatos estemos comprometidos a trabajar duro por el bienestar de la comunidad. Tenemos retos importantes como el del sector turístico que fue duramente golpeado económicamente por la pandemia del COVID-19.
El sector comercial se vio grandemente afectado en estos tiempos, a los amigos y familiares afectados con el cierre de sus negocios, las personas que dejaron de recibir ingresos, de igual manera, quiero decirles que vienen tiempos difíciles y de mucho trabajo para recuperar nuestra economía.
Recursos naturales como la presa de la Amistad que cerró sus puertas para el turismo. La Base Aérea Laughlin que es un gran apoyo económico a la comunidad. Ciudad Acuña con muchos lazos que unen a las dos ciudades hermanas, Del Rio y Ciudad Acuña por esas y muchas razones más nos comprometemos a trabajar con mucho entusiasmo por el bien de nuestra comunidad.

DEL RIO, TEXAS - Our city, our state, our great nation, are in difficult times due to this terrible pandemic that is affecting the entire world.
That is why we have to work together side by side, with the City of Del Rio, as well as Val Verde County for good of the citizens.
More difficult times are coming so we will have to work hard. That is why it is very important that we candidates are committed to working hard for the well-being of the community. We have important challenges such as that of the tourism sector, which was hit hard economically by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The commercial sector was severely hit during these times as well. Friends and family affected by the closure of their businesses. “Hard work, dedicated people and focused efforts will be needed as we recover our economy”?)
Natural resources such as the Amistad dam that closed its doors for tourism Laughlin Air Force Base which is a great economic support to the community. Ciudad Acuña with many ties that unite the two sister cities, Del Rio and Ciudad Acuña. For those and many other reasons. I am committed to work with great enthusiasm for the good of our community.
